The Palatka Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will assemble for a Regular Meeting on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Palatka Housing Authority, located at 400 North 15th Street, Palatka, Florida, at 12:30 PM., dated, this 7th day of March, 2024

DUE TO THE HEIGHTENED NUMBER OF COVID-19 CASES IN PUTNAM COUNTY AND WITHIN THE AGENCY, THIS MEETING WILL BE OFFERED ON A HYBRID PLATFORM. BOARD MEMBERS AND THOSE PROVIDING PUBLIC COMMENT MAY ATTEND PHYSICALLY OR VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM. PLEASE NOTE: THE HOUSING AUTHORITY'S ADMINSTRATIVE OFFICES ARE OPEN BY APPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC DUE TO THE COVID-19 EMERGENCY. For anyone who wishes to provide public comment, please complete the following instructions:
1. Speakers must register prior to the Public Forum with the registration form, available in the Palatka Housing Authority foyer and online at palatkaha.org.
2. Forms can be returned in the drop box outside of the main office door, or scanned and emailed to wmthomas@palatkaha.org.
3. Forms must be filled out completely and turned into the Board's designee prior to the commencement of the Public Forum for any meeting.

NOTICE: ANY INDIVIDUAL WANTING TO APPEAL AN OFFICIAL DECISION MADE ON ANY SUBJECT CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING WILL NEED TO ENSURE A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED, FLORIDA STATUES 286.0105.
