Public Notice - Annual Plan Review
PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to HUD Rules and Regulations, the Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) is providing a 45-day review and comment period for the agency's Annual Plan for FY 2024, beginning April 1, 2023. The annual plan is a guide to the PHA's policies, programs, operations, and strategies in addressing local housing needs; and proposed capital improvements for its housing portfolio.
The plan will be available for review at the PHA's Administration Office (400 N. 15th St.), James A. Long Community Center (601 N. 21st St.), and Rosa K. Ragsdale Community Center (5006 Ragsdale Drive).
The PHA will conduct a Public Hearing Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. to solicit comments. Persons may attend virtually as follows:
