NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Palatka Housing Authority is providing a 45-day review & comment period for the Palatka Housing Authority Annual Plan for 2022. The Plan will be available for review by interested parties at the PHA main office (400 N. 15th St), James A. Long Community Center (601 N. 21st St), Rosa K. Ragsdale Community Center (5006 Ragsdale Drive, Putnam County Public Library (College Road, Palatka), & Palatka City Hall (201 N. 2nd St). 

Persons wishing to address Palatka Housing Authority regarding the Plan &/or proposed CFP revisions are encouraged to attend a Public Hearing on November 16 at 12 p.m. at the James A Long Community Center, 601 N. 21st St., Palatka. 

Following this hearing, the Board of Commissioners of the Palatka Housing Authority will consider the adoption of the Plan, inclusive of any applicable revisions, at a Regular Board Meeting, scheduled for November 18, 2021 at 12:30 pm. 

NOTICE: ANY INDIVIDUAL WANTING TO APPEAL AN OFFICIAL DECISION MADE ON ANY SUBJECT CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING WILL NEED TO INSURE A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY & EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED, FLORIDA STATUES 286.0105.
