The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA), seeks proposals from qualified, licensed and insured entities PROPOSALS agency wide Maintenance Services/Vacant Unit Turnaround.  A more detailed description of the supplies and /or services can be found in the RFP upon request, or you can retrieve document from the PHA website: www.palatkaha.org or by email request to wmthomas@palatkaha.org

All Proposals must be submitted the Palatka Housing Authority on or before February 11, 2025 post mark not later than 2:00 pm Eastern.  Proposals must bear on outside of Envelope:
